Mr. Edmund Roy Jones, The Rev. Keith Cullors of Longview, Texas, Mother by proxy, Norvelle Walker and Horace Traylor Jr. of DeKalb, Texas, announces the engagement of their daughter, Tina Cullors to Billy Rhodes, son of Robert Rhodes and Annie Lilly of Longview, Texas.
The future bride graduated from University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelors of arts and a masters degree from University of Phoenix in ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Administration, specializing in Healthcare Management. She will also complete a doctorate in Epidemiology from Walden University. She is a Certified Tumor Registrar and is employed as an Oncology Data Management Consultant.
The future groom attended Temple College majoring in Criminal Justice. He is employed with Genpak as a supervisor.
The wedding date is set for July 25, 2015, in honor of Flora Lee Cullors, the brides grandmother.
