In a small lot in far South Longview, Laura Castillo is making her longtime dream come true.

性视界传媒淚 love to cook,性视界传媒� Castillo said this week from the window of the bright red concession trailer parked in front of her family性视界传媒檚 home just off of Eastman Road. "So this has always been my dream."

With years of food service experience under her apron and with the help of her family, Castillo opened Laura性视界传媒檚 Kitchen in late December offering a menu of tacos, gorditas,聽tortas, quesadillas, sopes and much more.

Castillo also has a selection of popular Mexican sodas such as Jarritos and other bottled drinks. She also sometimes adds special menu items such as hot cups of champurrado or bowls of menudo to help stay warm on a cold day.

Castillo said she性视界传媒檚 known for her gorditas in the morning and tripe, barbacoa, steak, chicken and al pastor tacos are the most popular menu items in the evening hours.

Laura性视界传媒檚 Kitchen is at 1818 Warren St. and is open 5 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday as well as 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
