HALLSVILLE 性视界传媒 Hallsville ISD trustees have delayed a decision on expanding parking at Bobcat Stadium.
The board voted Nov. 18 to discus the issue more instead of awarding WR Welborn the $2.3-million project.
性视界传媒淭he parking lot is used daily and is critical for traffic flow, but we want to ensure we性视界传媒檙e making the best long-term decision,性视界传媒 board President Jay Nelson said.
Also during the meeting, the Hallsville FFA chapter was honored for receiving the National Chapter Gold Award and the Strengthening Agriculture Division Award at the state convention.
FFA Chapter President Addison Horn outlined the chapter性视界传媒檚 achievements, including the Flat Stanley program, which connects chapters nationwide to showcase agricultural careers.

The district also celebrated individual student accomplishments at October性视界传媒檚 Harvest Festival and Livestock Show in Longview.
FFA students were recognized for their success in categories ranging from livestock showmanship to home economics and agricultural mechanics.
Among the honorees was Whitney Sullivan, who earned her Lone Star Degree, the highest degree of FFA membership in Texas.
During the public comment portion of the meeting, concerns were raised regarding compensation for structured learning paraprofessionals.
Educators, parents and community members spoke about the critical role of paraprofessionals in supporting students with severe disabilities and urged the board to increase their pay to match similar roles in neighboring districts.
