Blount County Sheriff性视界传媒檚 deputies arrested four Walland residents on multiple counts of cruelty to animals on Thursday, Jan. 9, ahead of a weekend winter storm. Warrants have also been taken out on another connected individual, according to Public Information Officer for the Sheriff性视界传媒檚 Office Marian O性视界传媒橞riant.
23-year-old Julia Hailey Youngen, 19-year-old Madison Nicole Huskey, 53-year-old William N Youngen and 55-year-old Lynn Marie Youngen were all arrested, and each person was charged with seven counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and five counts of cruelty to animals. They were being held in lieu of bonds totaling $95,000 pending a 9 a.m. Jan. 17 hearing in Blount County General Sessions Court.
