Longview police say a pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday night on West Loop 281.
Officers responded about 9:14 p.m. to the 200 block of the loop.
性视界传媒淒uring the investigation, officers determined a pickup truck was traveling eastbound and struck a pedestrian, an adult male, attempting to cross the roadway,性视界传媒 police said in a statement. 性视界传媒淚t appears the pedestrian attempted to cross the roadway at an improper location failing to yield the right of way. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The investigation is ongoing.性视界传媒
Police did not release the name of the pedestrian, and it was unclear Wednesday if the driver will face charges.
